Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Condition of Items: Refunds will be issued only for items that are returned in their original, non-damaged, and unused condition. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Return Window: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Refund requests made after this time will not be accepted.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the returned item to process a refund.

Non-Refundable Items : Items that are damaged, worn, or altered after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Return
You can initiate a return by contacting us at support[at]tazideals.com or by visiting our store location at Ground Floor 729, Phase-2, Urban Estate, Dugri, Ludhiana, Punjab, within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number, item details, and reason for return when contacting us. After your return request is approved, we will share the return process.

Refund Process

After receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval or Rejection: You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for all orders above Rs 499, if order value is below Rs 499 then return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
